L'hotel ha superato le mie aspettative per quanto riguarda il servizio, la pulizia e la cortesia Colazione ricca e abbondante. Non è certo un 5 stelle perché un po datato ma comunque è ben curato nei particolari. Lontano dalla zona turistica ( questo già lo sapevo ) ma in una via principale comunque, per chi vuole conoscere la vita di tutti i giorni. Molto tranquillo di notte, la camera è spaziosa e ordinata anche se l'impianto di condizionamento è troppo rumoroso. È un business hotel. Personale molto attento al cliente Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo..

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The environment was clean, the location was nice, though not the perfect spot. during the first night, I foudn out the there was no hot water, I called for room service, they mistaken me to ask for water. When the room service arrived, he gave me two bottles of water. I then explained to him the issue was about the hot water. He said the technician is off work, so no one could fix the hot water for me. They did not offer any alternatives for me, such as switching room. It was until the next morning at 9 that i could take a hot shower. However, the included breakfast was decent tho, I liked the pho made instantly in front of me.

I had a very pleasant experience with Stay Hotel. the staff was very helpful and made the guest feel comfortable. I especially commend the service of Hoang Tri, reception staff. The room is clean and spacious. The towels, bed and linens are spotless. It is value for money considering the facilities and the amenities the hotel offered. The breakfast food could be better though, more choices, like more fruits and bread. There were many staff attending at the dining area and quick to respond. My overall experience is very good. I intend to recommend this to my friends. I will definitely come back. N＞B＞ The staff was very helpful. They assisted me with my luggage even after I checked out. The lobby looks elegant and with good and calm music to welcome the guests. Perhaps there could be a welcome drink like any other hotels. The pool area is also clean.

생각보다 아주 만족스러웠다. 역시 5성급은 이름값을 하는구나. 다낭 시내와 미케비치 주변의 저가호텔과는 확실히 다르다. 방에 들어가니 웰컴 과일이 놓여져 있는것도 그렇고, 조식에 김치가 나오는곳도 처음이었다. 아주 한국인 친화적인 호텔 분위기.. 2025년 마지막 날을 이곳에서 보냈는데 아주 꿀잠을 잤다. 365일 호텔에서 지내며 여행다니는 나에겐 최고의 새해선물이었고.. 다낭 최고의 가성비 5성급 호텔로 임명합니다. 강력추천.!!!
